I have dedicated most of my life to serving others in whatever capacity I can. Initiating the sparks that can model, encourage and inspire others to create their best life is the very essence of who I am.

I am a therapist, writer/creator, EFT Practitioner, and single mother of two girls. I have been on my own healing journey for over 20 years, and I am so excited about helping others find their path. I am a holistic practitioner and provide a non-judgemental safe place for all clients from all different walks of life.
