Pearl "Eva" Walker is a community leader and advocate from Memphis, Tennessee. She is the founder of the "I Love Whitehaven" initiative and has been involved in various community projects, such as Whitehaven Black Restaurant Week. In 2019, Walker ran for election to the Memphis City Council to represent Super District 8 Position 1 but lost in the general election.

Walker is deeply involved in the Memphis community and has focused on energy justice. She is an energy justice advocate, writer, and public speaker. She has also served as the Chair of the Environmental Justice Committee of the Memphis Branch of the NAACP. Her passion for helping her fellow Memphians led her to run for Memphis City Council in 2019 to help ensure Memphians have a just energy future.

She has also been deeply involved in energy justice, serving as the Chair of the Environmental Justice Committee of the Memphis Branch of the NAACP. She has worked closely with local elected officials and organizations on campaigns such as the Memphis Has The Power campaign, which aims to ensure Memphians have affordable, equitable, and clean energy.

In 2017, Walker participated in Memphis' first Energy Justice Conference, hosted by the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy (SACE). She has also addressed the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Board regarding a fixed fee hike in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, in 2018. Additionally, Walker attended the 2019 Tennessee Valley Energy Democracy Tour, which aimed to build a network of residents and organizations across the Tennessee Valley to advocate for a more democratic, just, and sustainable energy system.

As part of her work with the Memphis Has The Power campaign, Walker has organized and moderated events such as a Virtual Energy Town Hall, which provided an overview of the Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) process and the road ahead for Memphis' energy future. She has also been involved in the I Love Whitehaven Week, an event that celebrates the Whitehaven community and its economy.

The "I Love Whitehaven" initiative, founded by Walker, focuses on supporting small businesses, organizing events, and fostering community growth. One of the notable events organized under this initiative is the Whitehaven Black Restaurant Week, which highlights and supports Black-owned restaurants in the area. The I Love Whitehaven Neighborhood Association, also founded by Walker, aims to rebrand Whitehaven through various activities, with an emphasis on marketing and promotions.
