Little Lou's Books

They are delightful stories with vibrant illustrations that appeal to kids of all stripes.

About

Lou's Blues and Lou and Nat Go To The Zoo are the first two offerings of serial learners for small children. There are 10 additional books in the series, similar to the Dick and Jane readers most American schools used in the mid 20th century. They are delightful stories with vibrant illustrations that appeal to kids of all stripes. Each book teaches children about basics that contribute to their growth and knowledge. These include colors, numbers, animals, and family relations.

Unlike the Dick and Jane basal learners, this series is very diverse and allows all kids to see characters that look like them and different from them learning and having fun.
