No politics. No distractions. The truth about Ben Owen, the Epstein Island rumors, and the launch of the We Fight Monsters Journals.

There is a war being fought in the darkest corners of our world. It’s a war against human trafficking, child exploitation, and addiction. It is gritty, it is dangerous, and it is entirely real.

Yet, when you step onto the frontlines to fight actual monsters, people online will always try to reduce the battle to standard political theater.

Recently, the internet chatter started. Critics tried to slap a partisan label on We Fight Monsters. They claimed leadership was catering to Republicans, and they called founder Ben Owen a "Trumper." They tried to take an international fight for children’s lives and drag it down into American partisan politics.

Let’s set the record straight right now . . .

“What an idiot,” Ben Owen says in response to the noise. “Keeley Greer isn’t a Republican; he’s an independent. And 100%—if Donald Trump diddled kids, I want to see him in a prison cell. Period. Ask anyone to show you one shred of evidence, one single post of me supporting a politician. You won't find it. Because political parties don't save children. People do.”

The only side We Fight Monsters takes is the child's.

Ben Speaks . . .

From Memphis to Little St. James

If you want to know who Ben Owen really is, don’t look at political comment sections. Look at the headlines. Look at the lengths he is willing to go to force the world to look at the darkness it tries so desperately to forget.

Ben made national news after stepping foot on Little St. James—the notorious private island formerly owned by convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.

He didn’t go there to take a vacation. He went there with a singular mission: to plant the We Fight Monsters flag, to research, and to force the spotlight back onto the plight of sex trafficking survivors. He went because he refuses to let the world move on from the crimes committed against children on those shores.

The reality of that mission was brutal. Ben was ambushed by island security, hog-tied, duct-taped, and thrown into a concrete room in the blistering heat before being rescued by the Virgin Islands Police Department. He left with a trespassing charge, physical injuries, and an unshakeable resolve.

That is who Ben Owen is. He is an independent operative who is profoundly unafraid of the risks, the elite, or the rules when it comes to exposing exploitation. He isn’t sitting behind a desk arguing about red versus blue; he’s taking hits on the ground to keep eyes on the truth.

Welcome to the Journals

We don’t have time for political theater because the monsters don’t take a break for election cycles.

This article marks the beginning of The We Fight Monsters Journals. Every two weeks on this platform, we will be pulling back the curtain. We are going to share the raw, unfiltered stories from the frontlines—the reality of our operations, the truth about the dangers our team faces, and the powerful testimonies of the survivors we fight to protect.

We are launching this series because this work cannot happen in the dark, and it cannot happen alone. This is an invitation to look past the internet noise and see the mission for what it truly is.

If you care more about protecting children than arguing over political labels, we need you.

Stand with us. Support the mission.
