JOHN PRUETT ARCHITECTS was established in 1991 as an independently-owned architectural consulting firm with an emphasis on project specific design solutions and responsive, attentive client service.
Our professional services include programming and master planning, architectural design and planning, project management, construction contract administration, ADA compliance surveys, project value-engineering, and existing conditions documentation and feasibility studies. We are committed to achieving clients’ objectives through a technical/aesthetic budget-conscious design methodology and we actively encourage a Design Team-to-Client-to-Builder partnering approach to problem solving.
A registered professional is directly involved in every aspect of a project, from conceptual design to final inspections. State-of-the-art computer design and production technology allows us to interface with clients and colleagues for superior quality.
Whether we are designing a new fire station, planning a complete makeover of a high-rise hotel, or adding living space and style to a home built before World War II, we view every design project as an opportunity to transform our client's world experience.
